1. What is the Simply Systems Partner program?
The Simply Systems Partner Program is a partner program operated by Simply Systems. The Simply Systems Partner program comprises of three types of partnerships. Reseller Partners, Affiliate Partners and Referral Partners. Partners participate depending on their business model and the level of commitment they wish to give to Simply Systems.

2. What are Simply Systems Partners?
You can chose to become a Reseller, Affiliate or Referral Partner or all of them.
Our Reseller stream is set up for those who wish to retain direct contact with their customers. This means the reseller will be responsible for billing and first line support. As a result the commission for our resellers is higher than that for our referral or affiliate partners.
Our Referral and Affiliate streams are set up for those who wish to simply refer their customers to Simply Systems. We will deal directly with the customers with regards to billing and support.
For our Affiliate Partners (these partners need to have a website) we pay ongoing commissions in return for referrals.
For the referral partners (partners who do not have websites) we reward these partners with book/gift vouchers.

6. What are the specific benefits that I receive for being a Simply Systems Partner?

7. When and how will I receive commissions from the Simply Systems Partner Program?
You will receive commissions monthly if the commission exceeds $100. If not the amount will roll over to the next month.

8. What is the Simply Systems Partner Training Support?
As a Simply Systems Affiliate or Reseller Partner, you have access to Partner specific training. We provide our Partners with a range of training on our products and services as well as training in sales, marketing, support and information.

9. Who are Simply Systems Partners?
Partners are varied from business consultants, industry organisations and customers of Simply Systems.

10. How do I become a Simply Systems Partner?

11. Do I have to pay a fee to join?
No, you are not required to pay a join up fee, when joining the Simply Systems Partner program.

12. Which Simply Systems products and services can I on-sell?
As a Simply Systems Partner, you can sell any of our products.

13. Once I sign up, how long do I remain a Simply Systems Partner?
You can remain a Simply Systems Partner until either we or you give 7 days notice. We also reserve the right to terminate our agreement should your account remain completely dormant in terms of new customers for 12 months or more. If this has happened however you may still re-apply for membership in the future.
